Due to a state mandate, we are working to make all our research reports accessible. Accessible reports from 2022 are available on our website, and we will add new reports as they become compliant.

The State of Colorado is committed to providing equitable access to our services to all Coloradans. Our ongoing accessibility effort works towards being in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, levels A and AA criteria, per the State of Colorado Technical Standard TS-OEA-002 and House Bill 21-1110. These guidelines not only help make web content accessible to users with sensory, cognitive, and mobility disabilities but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.
When submitting final reports and other materials to CDOT's Research Branch, document submitters should ensure that their content, including documents, is accessible by July 1, 2024.
In 2022 the Library digitized all published CDOT Research Reports from the 1950's through the early 2000's. As a result, full-text copies can be found in the CDOT Library catalog. For complex searches utilize the Advanced Search features to find reports by author, title, date or keywords. Please contact the CDOT Librarian. if you need assistance.
